The little boy stood still. He saw three woodcutters; they had been felling trees. It was illegal in this forest. He felt pity for the trees. He saw axes lying around. The men were sitting at a distance. They had their backs to him. They were eating their lunch. He crept closer and picked up axes one by one. He placed the axes in his sack and ran away, unseen. He then reported the matter to the forest department. Officers immediately went looking for the woodcutters and caught them. The little boy became a hero. Indeed, he had acted bravely.
